Dec 2006: Surgery to remove tumor
Dec 2006: Port Installed and first dose of chemotherapy administered
Jan 2007 - May 2007: Vincristine, Dactinomycin, and Cyclophosphamide Without Radiation Therapy
July 2007: Surgery to remove tumor.
July 2007: One cycle Cytoxan/Doxorubicin
July 2007 - Aug 2007: Proton Beam Radiation
Aug 2007 - Feb 2008: Three cycles Ifosfamide/Etoposide, four cycles Iirinotecan/Vincristine, three cycles Cytoxan/Topotecan/Vincristine; alternating between the three, every three weeks, for 31 weeks.
Sept 2008: Port Removed
